Just 5 minutes away from 2 area ponds and 20 minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort and 10 minutes to Mt Abram. Right where you need to be to get a full enjoyment of the area. Remember we are in the mountains of Maine and the snow we hope for all year can make travel more difficult. We recommend all or 4 wheel drive in the winter season. The roads and driveway are professionally maintained but guests may find travel difficult without it. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is pressed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It did not give the feel like it was a home. It felt like it is just an income property. The house has every thing a home-stay would have. But no personality. The was not cleaned properly. We found hair in the shower. One of the smaller rooms had previous guest items in it. Overall it was an OK stay. but it lacks the home feeling.
