Come experience the magic and allure of Lake Travis from this luxurious waterfront Italian style villa. Nestled on nearly 5 acres, Villa Sereno is a perfect blend of nature and architecture. THE SPACE Villa Sereno is divided into two floors, with large indoor and outdoor spaces offering 180-degree lake views. On the main floor, there is an open living room, formal dining room with seating for 10, a breakfast area with an amazing view of the lake and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. In addition, a spacious a master suite with large floor to ceiling windows looking over the infinity pool and the lake. The master bath is truly a “Spa Bathroom” with a steam room, soak tub and a large shower room with multiple jets. There are two additional bedrooms and full baths on the main floor as well. One the second floor, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms that have either a lake or garden view. Guests will certainly enjoy the large movie theater with recliners, state of art projector and audio equipment. Enjoy TV, movies, shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, or other popular streaming on a 140” screen. Villa Sereno is designed to offer guests deep relaxation immersed in unspoiled nature overlooking the lake. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake on large patio decks. Soak in the infinity pool and jacuzzi with lake as your backdrop. Grab your morning coffee and take a walk on a private trail down to the shell covered beach and lake shore. ROOM DESCRIPTIONS Main floor: • Master Bedroom – King bed, full bath, steam room, lake view • Guest Bedroom Twin – 2 Twin XL beds, full bath, lake view • Additional Bedroom/Office – 1 Queen pull out bed for 2 children or 1 adult, garden view Second Floor: • Guest Bedroom Queen – 1 Queen bed, full bath, lake view • Guest Bedroom Queen – 1 Queen bed, full bath, garden view LUXURY SERVICES We provide 24/7 personal House Manager service. Upon check in, our house manager will greet with guests and show guests the property and amenities. During the stay, our guests can contact house manager for any questions or requests. LUXURY AMENITIES All bedrooms with luxury cotton linens, spa amenities and more. Guest access Guest can access whole property, pool, spa, garden and trail to the lake. HOUSE RULES • All guests must be pre-approved. A full guest list will be required. • No wedding, drinking party of any kind. • No more than half of the guest are younger than 25-year-old. • No drugs, no smoke, and no pets. • Quite time is 9:30pm – 8am. No outdoor noise during those hours. * Note, boat dock access is currently unavailable due to the low lake water level. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS * A separate, signed AGREEMENT between Villa Sereno and guest will need prior to a guest stay. A list of full names and ages of all guests will be required. There will be no rental without the completed agreement.  * A photo ID copy will be required in advance for the primary renter.

I am not one to leave comments but after my stay here, I really felt the need to leave one for this beautiful house. This place really gives you that lake house feel you are looking for. We loved going from swimming in the infinity pool, during the day to relaxing in the hot tub at night. However, if sitting in a hot tub is not your thing, you can go relax in your own personal steam room!! (This was my favorite) After a long day out, it was really nice to wind down and enjoy some downtime in the home theater. It was really comfortable and easy to use. Being the driver of the group, I loved the fact that I didn't have to drive far to the water park, the restaurants or the boat and jet ski place. One last important thing to mention. Typically, when I travel, I find it really hard to sleep not being in my own bed. But not here. The beds and bedding were top notch, which made sleeping very easy for me. We truly had a great time and we would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. The home is first class in every way. It is clean, luxurious, has an outstanding view of the lake from almost every room, and all of the beds were really comfortable. Communication was great and everything was just as advertised (or even better). The chef's kitchen is fully stocked, and we loved watching family movies every night in the fantastic movie room. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this was definitely one of the best.

So grateful to the hosts for offering this amazing home for our recent trip to Austin! A gorgeous property with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities including a theater room and swimming pool! Lot’s of rooms and well maintained! Great communication would definitely rent again next time we find ourselves in Austin!
