We have an 11 kW charging station right next to the house. Charging is very easy here using your Girocard.

There’s also a large, lockable bicycle garage right next to the house with free charging points.

Ebbe Apartment
A ground-floor apartment (80 m²) designed for a luxurious vacation for 2 adults and a toddler. In addition to a separate, spacious bedroom, a wonderful living room with a large, luxurious sleeper sofa for a third guest, and a separate kitchen, the bathroom is our highlight. The wheelchair-accessible shower immediately catches the eye. The entire apartment is barrier-free and easily accessible by wheelchair. The “Ebbe” apartment also features high-speed Wi-Fi.

A large garden (300 m²) with a lawn for sunbathing (various seating options, lounge chairs with a grill, and a log cabin) is also at your disposal. You are welcome to use our garden and grill as much as you like. In addition, your little ones are sure to enjoy our private playground.

We are known for being very child-friendly. Please understand—we do not allow pets.

Our town is Utarp in the Holtriem joint municipality. The Holtriem joint municipality is one of two in the Wittmund district—alongside Esens—and one of six in East Frisia in northwestern Lower Saxony. The joint municipality is located near the North Sea coast.

East Frisia is good for you—and especially so in the Holtriem region.

The Dornumer Land is a tourism partnership between the Dornum region—which includes the North Sea resorts of Dornumersiel and Nessmersiel—and the Holtriem joint municipality, home to the high moor lake Ewiges Meer and one of the longest networks of bike paths along the East Frisian North Sea coast.

The North Sea resort of Dornumersiel is situated directly on the North Sea coast, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the offshore islands of Baltrum and Langeoog. A sandy and grassy beach with a children’s playground, soccer and beach volleyball fields, a surfing zone, and a kite-flying area; the heated seawater outdoor pool; the campground; and the fishing boat and yacht harbor.
The idyllic “Mahlbusen” reservoir invites visitors to take a stroll, go boating, and fish. Seepark WEST charmingly connects the fishing village with the harbor and beach area. The town itself features restaurants and cafés. The “Reetdachhaus am Meer” offers a varied program of activities, including mini-golf and adventure golf, a skate park, a tennis court, a library, internet access, and a games barn. Excursions to the islands, the Wadden Sea, or the seal colonies provide a welcome change of pace. You definitely shouldn’t miss a visit to the Nordseehaus. This therapy and wellness center is Dornumersiel’s spa facility, offering a wide range of therapeutic and wellness services.

The village of “Utarp” is one such destination and is located in the very north (near the coast) of the Holtriem region. East Frisia is good for you—and that’s especially true in Holtriemerland.
