The apartment is completely renovated for exceptional comfort, with a terrace offering a sumptuous sea view.

The village club of Cap Estérel is in an exceptional natural environment overlooking the sea and the Esterel massif, the village offers various activities:
5 free swimming pools with slides, tennis, SPA, mountain biking, archery, mini-golf, entertainment and clubs for children and teenagers, playgrounds.
Pourrousset beach can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. In addition, you can also take advantage of the free Petit Train of the holiday village which serves La Baie d'Agay and the beach of Dramont.
The apartment was completely renovated at the beginning of 2024. Spacious and pleasant to live in, it is equipped with:
- a large terrace with panoramic sea view (1 table with 4 chairs and 2 deck chairs)
- a large living room (high-end Qled TV, 1 convertible sofa bed with a real comfortable mattress 200x160, with 1 duvet and 2 cushions, 1 table and 4 chairs)
a fully equipped and functional kitchen (large fridge, independent freezer, hob, washing machine, microwave, L'or Espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery)
- a comfortable bedroom (cupboard, 1 double memory foam bed (160X200) with 1 duvet and 2 cushions)
- a bathroom (shower, sink, hairdryer)
* The cleaning fee of 60 euros is to be paid directly upon arrival.
* Sheets and linen not provided, bed linen and linen can be rented at an additional cost.
