Welcome to our countryside getaway nestled on almost 5 acres within 5-20 miles of Burnside, Lee's Ford, and Conley Bottom Marinas. Enjoy the day on Lake Cumberland and come back to relax, eat, drink & be merry. Gather around the outside barbecue area and fire pit or snuggle up inside next to the fireplace, playing games or watching a movie.
Whether you are on a couple's retreat, fishing buddy's getaway, or family vacation - the house and outdoor area provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

SLEEPING: 2 queen bedrooms, 1 sofa sleeper queen.
KITCHEN: Refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, can opener. Dishware, cookware, utensils, drinking and wine glasses. Complimentary coffee, sugar, creamer, basic spices, and cooking oils.
LAUNDRY: Stackable washer/dryer with complimentary washer and dryer sheets. Iron and board.
GENERAL: Linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, central AC/heating, hangers, hair dryer, trash bags, paper towels, and napkins.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Large covered barbecue and dining area. Propane BBQ with tongs, spatula, grate cleaner, and skewers. Fire pit with wood provided and additional seating.

Wonderful hosts, literally thought of every single things you might need, plus some. Beautiful lot with serene setting, house was beautifully decorated and spotless. Communication with host was thorough and prompt. Keeping this one on my visit again list.

This little house is so comfortable, clean and has the things you need incase you forgot something. They thought of everything! And I was able to bring my dog to the lake for the first time!

This was the ideal property for our stay. Location was great (visiting family at Woodson Bend), and the house was FULLY stocked with anything we could have needed - including a bag of ice in the freezer! Everything was perfectly clean and provided every creature comfort, down to a box of chalk for our little ones. HIGHLY recommend this property and owner!
