This is a fantastic spot to host summertime cookouts and treat yourself to soothing soaks after a day on the slopes or exploring the area. As you enter the home, you will first discover a welcoming living room with a cozy sectional in front of a huge TV with Samsung digital cable, multiple streaming services, and a sound dock. When mealtime comes, prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with new modern appliances, a cute coffee corner, and a dining nook corner. The adjoining dining area hosts a formal dining table that will be just perfect for family meals. Attached to the kitchen are ski/snowboard racks that will come in handy if you were planning on visiting Okemo. Additional perks include a guitar in the living room, a piano/keyboard in the dining area, plenty of board games, an Xbox series S, a washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Okemo Shuttle picks up across the street during ski season only. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house was perfect for our ski vacation. It has a huge ski/mud room for gear and a spot to get ready. The hot tub is a nice plus aprés ski (though instructions on the buttons would have been nice). The kitchen is updated and perfect. Lots of eating areas either at the bar, high top table and kitchen table. The living room is cozy with a huge TV. There are two normal size bedrooms. One kind of small one (but worked well for our teenager). And then a huge room with two beds and tons of space. The upstairs has sloped ceilings, so people way over 6' might have to duck a bit. The location is great if you want to walk to restaurants/bars in town. Huge backyard. It's a great property that is well maintained.
