• Private Beach access is just across the (not too busy) road through the cabana lot owned by the complex which not open to the public. No walking through crowded decks and patios to get the surf and sand.
• This is a no smoking and no vaping property including the cabana and condo balconies. Smoking area is located behind the parking deck. Enjoy the sights, sounds and SMELLS of VITAMIN SEA!

• Cleaning supplies are used that are not harmful to humans but can be toxic to animals.
