This home is actually two townhouses combined, The Avery Suite and The Coates Suite. There are a total of 6 bedrooms, and 4.5 Bathrooms. Two full kitchens, two family rooms, two dining rooms, and plenty of outside space with a deck and two patios. The first floor layouts were designed with gatherings in mind. From the chef's kitchens and ample dining areas. Whether preparing your own meal on the grill, in the oven or picking up take out from the many restaurants in town, it's the perfect inside/outside entertaining space! Each townhouse has it's own EXTERNAL entrance. There is no inside link between townhomes.
