About this house rental
Old stone house with garden, classified 3 stars quiet and yet 2 steps from the famous Arcades de Louhans .shops nearby.
Here you will have the distinct feeling of being in the countryside, ideally located between the Revermont of the Jura and the Côte Chalonnaise, the beginning of the Burgundy wine route.
Along the greenway linking Chalon/Saône and Lons le Saunier, you can also enjoy the banks of the Seille, a river which is 60 metres away. Free parking spaces in front of the house.
The house is composed of a large living room of 60 m2 with 2 bed benches of 90 each, as well as a master suite of 60m2, upstairs If you appreciate the space, you will be in heaven. An office area is also at your disposal with free wifi
The garden is about 600m2, fenced, possibly appreciable for your 4-legged friends, who will also be able to access it independently in your absence by a large cat flap.
Outside, under a shaded arbour, you will have a dining area. But also a lounge conducive to relaxation, deckchairs, a charcoal barbecue.
Finally, we have provided you with bicycles (mountain bikes) to make beautiful rides along the greenway or why go to the city, do your little shopping at the market on Monday morning.

We would like to draw your attention to the staircase that leads to the first floor and which seems dangerous to us for a child who would start to move or walk.
