The spa is great, transfer service was. I’ve, staff very cordial and huge breakfast. Room was very clean and spacious and traditional. Very relaxing stay.
Unazukionsen is a very nice place to visit and the Kurobe Gorge is stunning. Easy to access. Would stay again.

All was nice - we had a Japanese style room. Slightly worn, but super nice with a great atmosphere and view

Everything is great, upholding to the regular Japanese hotels' cleanness and friendliness standard. Before 8:00pm free beer and soft drinks are offered outside the public baths, which is excellent.
