We highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located for visiting Chania and recently completely refurbished. Run by a wonderfully warm and friendly family, nothing is too much trouble and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. They genuinely care about their guests and deserve every success.

Our stay at the Theta Boutique Hotel was truly excellent and exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we received a wonderful welcome from Irene, who was always kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. She kindly managed to have our room ready before the scheduled check-in time and welcomed us with exceptional hospitality, even offering us something to eat after our journey. We also greatly appreciated her valuable recommendations for beaches and places to visit, both nearby and further away from Chania.
Our room was beautiful, modern, functional, and equipped with every comfort. The sea view from the room was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. The cleanliness was also impeccable throughout our stay.
Another great advantage was the parking area directly in front of the hotel, which was extremely convenient and made parking very easy. The hotel’s location is also ideal: you mainly need the car to reach the beaches, while in the evening you can easily walk to nearby restaurants and enjoy the area without having to drive.
We also really appreciated the varied, high-quality breakfast and, above all, the availability of the staff, who were always ready to help and accommodate any request, 24 hours a day.
Overall, our stay was fantastic in every respect. Theta Boutique Hotel is definitely a place we highly recommend and would certainly consider again for a future stay in Chania.

The staff, especially Irine was amazing, and so involved! The room was perfect and we had everything we needed
There isn't a common area for hang out like a lobby/bar/rooftop, so when you're at the hotel you have to go directly to your room
