Pro:
• Klimaanlage: Vorhanden und funktioniert gut.
• Bett & Bad: Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Badezimmer angenehm groß.
• Ausstattung: Die Basics sind alle da. Die Küchenzeile ist zwar klein, bietet aber trotzdem fast alles, was man braucht.
Contra:
• Türmechanismus: Der Zugang bzw. der Türmechanismus ist sehr kompliziert. Hier wäre eine bessere und verständlichere Erklärung vorab dringend nötig. Zudem klemmt die Tür.
• Schlafbereich & Treppe: Das Bett befindet sich auf einer Galeriebene. Die Treppe nach oben ist allerdings sehr schmal und unangenehm bei der Benutzung. Zudem ist die Luftzirkulation nicht optimal: Durch die Klimaanlage herrscht unten schnell „Eiszeit“, während es oben am Bett relativ lange dauert, bis die kühle Luft ankommt.
• Bad: Die Toilettenspülung ging manchmal zu lang und konnte erst nach einigen Minuten gestoppt werden.

Lokalizacja apartamentu jest jego największym atutem – znajduje się przy jednej z głównych ulic, dzięki czemu stanowi świetną bazę do zwiedzania Budapesztu. W pobliżu znajdują się stacja metra, przystanki autobusowe oraz główny dworzec kolejowy, co bardzo ułatwia poruszanie się po mieście i planowanie wycieczek. W okolicy nie brakuje również sklepów, w tym marketów, więc wszystkie niezbędne zakupy można zrobić w kilka minut.
Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Do dyspozycji gości są m.in. mikrofalówka, toster oraz ekspres kapsułkowy do kawy. Kapsułki bez problemu można dokupić w pobliskim Lidlu, co było dla mnie bardzo wygodnym rozwiązaniem.
Mieszkanie mieści się w typowej budapeszteńskiej kamienicy, a okna wychodzą na wewnętrzne podwórze.
Sam apartament nosi już ślady użytkowania.
Ogólnie apartament dobrze sprawdzi się jako miejsce na krótki pobyt nastawiony przede wszystkim na zwiedzanie miasta. Jeśli jednak ktoś planuje spędzać w nim więcej czasu lub zależy mu na jasnym, przestronnym wnętrzu, warto mieć na uwadze opisane wyżej cechy.
Lokal znajduje się na parterze, dlatego we wnętrzu jest dość ciemno i nie dociera zbyt wiele naturalnego światła. Wejście prowadzi bezpośrednio z podwórza do części kuchennej, co latem nie stanowi problemu, ale w chłodniejsze lub deszczowe dni może być mniej komfortowe.
Ze względu na położenie mieszkania okna, dla zachowania prywatności, praktycznie przez cały czas musiały pozostać zasłonięte. Mimo że na podwórzu nie ma dużego ruchu, nie dawało nam to pełnego poczucia komfortu. W mieszkaniu wentylacja jest dość słaba, dlatego klimatyzacja jest praktycznie niezbędna.
Antresola jest ciekawym rozwiązaniem, jednak prowadzące na nią schody są bardzo strome i schodzenie wymaga ostrożności, dlatego nie będzie to najlepszy wybór dla osób starszych, z ograniczoną sprawnością lub małych dzieci. Łazienka z przesuwnymi drzwiami zapewnia nieco mniejszy komfort i prywatność niż klasyczne rozwiązania.

La ubicación es bastante céntrica, con acceso por una gran avenida y luego dentro del apartamento no se escucha nada. Además está muy cerca del tranvía y del metro, lo que facilita moverte.
El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar varios días y si quieres cocinar y desayunar tienes bastantes utensilios y cafetera.
También tiene secador de pelo, plancha y lavadora, por lo que está muy completo.
La entrada al apartamento no es muy buena...Hay que entrar como por un portal y luego a un patio, el cual no tiene apenas luz, por lo que no es muy agradable.
El agua de la ducha no salía caliente del todo, no salía fría tampoco, pero no sé podía calentar demasiado.
Las escaleras para subir a la cama son muy empinadas y hay que andar con cuidado.
Las almohadas son cojines muy finos.
Los últimos días el WiFi no iba muy bien.

Everything we needed was within walking distance. The price was good for Budapest. The apartment had everything: a kettle, fridge, ironing board, iron, and other useful things.
We stayed in the apartment at Rákóczi út 53.
The apartment was a little old and needs some repair. Some things were broken or not in good condition. The curtains on the windows had mold on them.
You also need to be very careful with the stairs going to the bedroom. They are very small and slippery. You need to hold the railing when going up and down, otherwise you could fall down the stairs.
The air conditioner was not working properly, so it was hard to sleep at night because of the hot weather in August.
About the area, while we were there, we talked to a local person who told us that the area can be unsafe in the evening because there is a lot of crime. We did not have any serious problems ourselves, but after hearing this, we did not feel very comfortable walking back to the apartment late at night.
