Villa Nancea is an admirable place to base your stay in this lovely area. The house, all on one level, has everything you need for a smooth and easy life; the property is secluded, quiet and has a pretty garden terrace for lounging or a BBQ. The furniture is thoroughly functional and the beds are superbly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night’s sleep. We were able to explore the Arcachon basin, making the excursion to the dunes at Pilat (a fair degree of fitness is essential if you want to enjoy the panorama from the top), as well as a day spent at beautiful Cap Ferret. Window shopping amongst the chic malls in Arcachon is also to be recommended, deep pockets permitting. Altogether we had a truly memorable time here and endorse Villa Nancea wholeheartedly.
The only minus was the heavy traffic around Arcachon, although it’s nothing compared with London! Everybody drives on the wrong side of the road.

Maison très lumineuse, très bien équipée, entièrement clôturée dans un quartier particulièrement calme . Draps et serviettes fournis, lits faits très appréciable. Une mention spéciale pour la charmante personne qui nous remet les clés !
Dommage nous avons eu une semaine de canicule donc, malgré les 3 ventilateurs, trop chaud dans la maison... Prévoir une clim ou la pose d'un store extérieur façade sud ouest.

Belle petite maison dans un quartier très calme. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Bon matelas.
Quasi impossible de rentrer notre c4 Picasso dans l’allée trop étroite et trop courte. Nous l’avons donc laissée côté rue, sans souci.
