Not family friendly, more suited as a place to crash after going out up town.

Close to the centre and a little convenience shop at the end of the road. Property does have useful extras such as an iron and hairdryer

The beds were the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. The kitchen was infested with ants. Floors were dirty. Whole property is in desperate need of tlc, the kitchen cupboards are peeling, cooker knobs broken, skirting boards chipped and paint peeling etc. Would not recommend a stay here for a family like I did.

6 / 10

It suited our purposes but would needs a bit of fixing and refreshing.

There was lots of room, there was on street parking, it was very quiet when we were there. The kitchen was very well stocked. The heating had been left on and it was warm, it was generally clean.

The house needs some tlc. One of the kitchen doors was broken, one of the internal doors looked like it had been kicked in at some point and it all looks and feels a bit tired. It is a bit of a distance to the city centre and the bay but we were aware of that beforehand.
