Key safe was by door code was correct and easy to access
A little more info on how to get to Whitby I.e along the viaduct would have helped.

Location wonderful and very helpful host.
The house was basically clean. But could do with a deep clean. The double mattress in one of the rooms was very lumpy.

Absolutely beautiful cottage, just 1 thing u wish was different and that was that no pets allowed as we've got a puppy now which we got after our holiday who we won't be able to bring with us on our next visit :(
I didn't want to come home after being in this beautiful cottage

Anstis cottage is in a fantastic location to visit whitby and only a short walk along the cinder track..the cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Allison only a message away if we had questions
The areas for sitting out to enjoy the views could have done with a tidy up/ paint / de- cobweb..the balcony area off the bedroom was not very clean welcoming or comfortable to sit out on..shame really..
