The room was very comfortable and had all we needed. The host was kind, helpful and careful to details. The room was clean, AC worked great, we had a lot of space. The space to park the car was very wide.
The breakfast is included, which is great, however the cafe was not in the property, but we needed to take the car each morning. It's not ideal, but we cannot complain much, the rest was great. A big dog wanders around the property, not ideal for those who fear dogs.

Innanzitutto la cortesia e l'ospitalità in una struttura eccellente completa in ogni aspetto immersa in una natura rigogliosa e varia .
Posizione eccellente vicino al caratteristico borgo di Conversano ma non lontana dal mare spettacolare

Posizione eccellente. Tranquillità e silenzio e contemporaneamente in pochi minuti di auto puoi raggiungere il paese o spostarti nelle principali mete turistiche.
Colazione al bar da rivedere. I tempi di attesa erano abbastanza lunghi e in più di qualche occasione i clienti che arrivavano dopo di noi venivano serviti prima (almeno con caffè, cappuccini,ecc.) I gestori del bar hanno un'organizzazione discutibile e non sempre sono cordiali.

Gros gros problème d’eau chaude pour la douche équivalent à tout juste 2 personnes pour un logement de 5 …
Ballon d’eau chaude insuffisant en capacité.
