Localização excelente, estrutura e limpeza deixam a desejar

Chuveiro e ar-condicionado

Excelente localização, pois fica há um minuto de caminhada da praia de Lázaro, mas a pousada está muito descuidada e velha! Nas fotos do Booking aparenta ser mais nova; o quarto estava com mofo, tanque quebrado, porta emperrando, não tinha um enfeite sequer pra embelezar o local, tv do tamanho de um monitor de computador e com controle estragado. Além disso, o quarto não estava limpo quando chegamos e encontramos barata assim que entramos. Alugamos kit de roupa de cama e banho que foi disponibilizado faltando lençol de elástico. Chuveiro e ar-condicionado bons.

Poucos itens na cozinha, não tinha nada para ligar o fogão, não tinha um papel higiênico para uso. Luz queimada no corredor de acesso ao apto, limpeza mediana.

O chalé é gostoso, o custo benefício bom, e é limpo.

Meu chale estava com o chuveiro queimando isso na sexta feira, deram a chave do quarto de baixo para tomarmos banho, porém nao podia acender as luzes ate aí ok. Saímos sábado cedo, volta do de tarde cade a chave do chalé de baixo que tinha ficado na mesa, nao estava la reviramos tudo para procurar, perguntamos para o funcionário da chave ele disse que nao sabia pq estava com a gente. Ai eu disse alguém entrou no quarto e pegou, ele disse que nao teria como, pós nao tem chave reserva, e nisso nao achávamos a chave. Ai do nada vi o chuveiro do meu banheiro trocado. Ai meu esposo disse wue eles entraram no quarto sem nossa autorização, e nao pra avisar que pegaram a outra chave de baixo. E nois procurando igual dois idiota.
