Very spacious rooms, good breakfast selection for a great price, robot delivery, free shuttle to Terra Cotta, quick laundry service and Anna was very helpful.
Our non-smoking room smelled pretty strongly of smoke

In 1 word: fantastic, great location, nice rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, they even ordered online a wheelchair ( manual) in 40 minutes online ( i bought it) . Really pleased !

My friend and I stayed at this hotel stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was truly a wonderful experience! Its location is perfect for exploring the major attractions like the wild goose pagoda and the city wall. Breakfast was excellent and they offered extensive options in a very comfortable dining area. They even offered free laundry service which was an excellent perk! The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were a great size and very comfortable! Perhaps the best part for me however was the staff who made the experience truly 10/10. Everyone was so kind and accomomdating, really cant thank everyone enough for their tremendous hospitality! Thank you Anna Tong, thank you Iton, and thank you everyone who made our stay fantastic!

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they assisted us with carrying our luggage to the room, which was a very nice touch. Throughout our stay, the customer service was excellent, and the staff were always polite and willing to help whenever we had questions.
However, there were some frustrating issues with the booking process. The price for the same room varied significantly across different booking platforms. We booked through Booking.com and ended up paying more than what was listed on Chinese booking platforms.
Additionally, the Chinese booking platform stated that all guests could enjoy free airport pickup and drop-off services. However, when we arrived, the hotel staff informed us that this service was only available for certain room types. This inconsistency was confusing and disappointing, especially for international guests who rely on the information provided online.
