Location is superb - it’s quiet, plenty of restaurants nearby and multiple beaches in a walking distance. Go closer to Sarande centre and it will be loud and crowded, Ksamil was also busy even in September. So this location was perfect in terms of facilities, beach access and relaxed atmosphere.
Room was clean, spacious, good A/C and strong WiFi in the room. The view from the balcony was stunning. Just 2 minutes away there is a property owners coffee place, where you can get very decent coffee and breakfast.
One thing that really stood out was property owners hospitality. My partner fell sick, and she was really helpful providing us with advice, medical necessities and gave us plenty of things from coffee place to make the tea in the room. She genuinely cared and assisted us a lot.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, πολύ καθαρό, με μοντέρνα και πολύ προσεγμένα έπιπλα. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πάρκινγκ, απαραίτητο για μια πόλη με μεγάλη τουριστική κίνηση και έλλειψη χώρου στάθμευσης. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και φιλόξενη!
Όλα ήταν άψογα.

La pulizia; la signora delle pulizie in 6 giorni é venuta solo una volta. Inoltre il vicino prepotente riiteneva che ogni parcheggio non andasse bene, di conseguenza dovevo parcheggiare lontano dall'hotel
