Great location, various indoor and outdoor areas, gorgeous view out to the bush from the kitchen/deck and ocean glimpses from top deck, nice outdoor space at entry of property/ kitchen and dining spacious and comfy for our group.
Not very clean (fans/blinds/screens very dirty), place needs some overall maintenance (dripping plumbing in ensuite ) main lounge with large screen has minimal seating 3/4 people max/ could do with large screen moved down stairs with large comfier couches or else a few bean bags around the place/ need a larger pot in kitchen/ more dessert/cereal bowls (only 4-5/ new pool cues/
Generally place needs some love/ feels like there has been no maintenance done on it for a while or a deep clean would help.

The location of the property was lovely, very close to beach access and a quiet street.
The property was not cleaned apart from dishes, towels and linen. BBQ had not been cleaned from prior guests. Cleaning supplies not provided and had to purchase fish tablets, cleaning wipes and chux to hand wash some dishes. Beach views very limited and not enough seating provided to accommodate to amount of guests.
