Size and location were good, suited 6 people.
Generally very tired property. Outdoor areas were unkempt and worn out, grass not cut, a lot weeds and debris. Inside was better and generally clean however there was an underlying musty smell in the bedrooms, but particularly bad in one bedroom which needed remedying.
Brenda and Paul were quick to respond and resolve the issues which helped.
Having stayed many times in Margaret river region in properties at this price point ($600+ per night) I couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed by this one as the property has dated somewhat since the photos.

The location was amazing. The perfect spot to hit all the popular wineries in the area. The size of the property is perfect, for a larger group. We didn't feel on top of each other. The back yard is massive and fully enclosed. The facilities are perfect, the kitchen was stocked with most of the essentials to cook with.
