Gute Lage. Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen

2 Meter von Auto zu Haustür Nur 2 Stufen bis zur Wohnung Direkt am Strand Sehr Sauber, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden

Sehr nah an den Gleisen. Manchmal Geräusche von vorbeifahrendem Zug. Aber nicht störend. Insgesamt könnte man in Küche und Bad etwas Kosmetik der Fugen und Türen betreiben.

Soggiorno accettabile senza pretese. Rilassante ma non curato nei dettagli.

Posizione perfetta, casa carina per persone con esigenze basilari e adattabili.

La pulizia era veramente superficiale con anche asciugamani e federe macchiate. La doccia è inutilizzabile, non potevo neanche stare in piedi perchè toccavo il soffitto e neanche potevo chiuderla perchèla porta a soffietto chiude all interno ed è minuscola e con il mio corpo non si chiude. Non si possono accendere due elettrodomestici insieme perchè salta la corrente (probabilmente i 3 kw sono divisi con un altro appartamento. Il prezzo è totalmente esagerato per la qualità dell appartamento.
