Appartement cosu dans un environnement inapproprié au tourisme

Grand appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé.

Les parties communes très dégradées, les abords sales non entretenus, parking inaccessible en terre plein de trous et pierres, les allées cassées réceptacles des écoulements des climatiseurs. Situation loin du centre, très bruyant avec l'avenue qui mène au port. Finalement impression d'un logement cosu dans un immeuble très dégradé inapproprié aux vacances.

Grand appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé.

Les parties communes très dégradées, les abords sales non entretenus, parking inaccessible en terre plein de trous et pierres, les allées cassées réceptacles des écoulements des climatiseurs. Situation loin du centre, très bruyant avec l'avenue qui mène au port. Finalement impression d'un logement cosu dans un immeuble très dégradé inapproprié aux vacances.
