We booked this home for my guests from North Luzon for my baby’s birthday party. The property is strategically and conveniently located near the malls and tourists spots in Tagaytay City. It is a sanctuary of comfort and elegance. Every corner of the house reflects pristine cleanliness and thoughtful upkeep. Beyond the lovely setting, it was the outstanding service that made our stay unforgettable. Ate Ping welcomed us with such heartfelt warmth and attentive care that we felt instantly at home. An extraordinary experience in every aspect. The owners are also very kind and responsive. Thank you, sir Ray and mam Maureen for such a pleasant hospitality. God Bless.

Pros:
* Affordable – One of the best things about this property is its affordability, especially considering its size and location.
* Excellent caretaker – Special thanks to Ate Ping, who was incredibly accommodating from check-in until check-out. She was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality deserves 5 stars!
* Great location – The house is centrally located in Tagaytay. It’s close to malls, popular restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and many tourist attractions, making it very convenient to explore the city.
* Peaceful neighborhood – Despite being close to everything, the area is quiet, relaxing, and perfect for a restful getaway.
* Complete amenities – The house is fully equipped with kitchenware, utensils, drinking water, towels, and basic toiletries. If you plan to cook during your stay, you’ll find almost everything you need already provided.
Cons:
• Not senior- or toddler-friendly – The house has multiple levels, with bedrooms located on different floors and several flights of stairs connecting each level. Seniors or guests with mobility concerns may find it difficult to move around, while families with toddlers should be extra cautious because of the staircases and railings.
• Some interiors could use updating – While the house is clean and functional, some furniture and interior finishes are starting to show signs of wear and could benefit from a refresh.
• Mirror placement could be improved – Some of the mirrors are placed in locations that don’t feel very practical or aesthetically pleasing. Adjusting their placement could improve the overall ambiance of the house.
• Weak Wi-Fi in the basement – The Wi-Fi signal on the basement level is weak and unstable. Since the videoke is located there, we weren’t able to fully enjoy using it because the connection kept dropping.

The property is spacious and in a good, quiet neighborhood with a security guard. The owners responded very kindly and communicating was not a problem. Ms Ping was the lady who met us at the property, handed us the keys, gave us a look around and saw to every comfort and need.
