Everything! The apartment itself is exactly as described. And I must add: when you see it in person, it looks even better, because it exudes this feeling of freshness, newness and cleanliness. The company which rents those apartments is excellent in its communication and does its best to accommodate any reasonable request, I would even say they go above and beyond in that regard: early check-in for instance, when possible, they accommodated us especially in that way. They also reply to messages very fast.
I want to add also that my wife and I have stayed here many times over the course of the past 2 years. The experience has *always* been excellent! So, my 10/10 rating here is not based one stay that just randomly happened to be great. Every stay here has been wonderful.

Perfect location, large parking, clean, quiet. All needed things were provided.
Smoking area near the entrance and smoke comes into apartment.

It was clean.
It has no soul, really bare minimum done so it would look okeyish - too clean, simple coziness could be added with bedlamps or some reading lamp.
No coffee, no salt and peoper.
