Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist top. Genau gegenüber einer Mühle gelegen und unweit vom Dorfkern entfernt. Sehr ruhig. Schöner kleiner Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und stilsicher. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, vom Backofen bis zum Toaster, Kaffeevollautomat, Pad-Maschine, Air-Fryer.
Innerhalb der Wohnung sind Schwellen vorhanden, die besonders Nachts beim Toilettengang sturzgefährdend sind, zumal das Schlafzimmer vom Bad weit entfernt liegt. Das Schlafzimmer grenzt an das Treppenhaus. Von hier geht man durch das Wohnzimmer, dann in einen kleinen Flur und dann in das Bad. Tür zum Schlafzimmer ist nicht abschließbar. Kleiderschrank befindet sich im Flur. Treppenaufgang zur oberen Wohnung ist durch Sessel versperrt. Sehr hellhörig bezüglich der Bewohner der oberen Wohnung.

Sauberkeit :besonders Fenster, Spiegel, runde Ecken , Dusche Fernseher Kathastrophe, nach 2 min Standbild und dann Verbindung weg. Garten ungepflegt , läd nicht zum Verweilen ein. Hundehaare überall
