Super super rapport qualité/ emplacement/ acceuil prix.

Tout. L'acceuil extraordinaire. Super personnel qui fait tout pour qu'on soit bien. La gentillesse. Les services : carte sim, taxi, restauration etc Conseils.bienveillance.Très bon emplacement à 15 mn à pied maximum de la rue principale touristique de park street. Et du metro. Rue de l'hôtel très vivante avec pleins de commerces. Supermarket et atm banque à coté. Petits restaurants très sympas. Très bon repas variés et copieux et tout pour le petit déjeuner. Clim, Wi-Fi, salle de bains ok. Si je reviens à Calcutta ( que j'ai beaucoup apprécié) je retournerai dans cet hotel.qui est parfait avec un très très bon rapport prix.

Great value for money. Unpleasant location.

We stayed as a group of family friends for five nights in March 2024. The hotel would probably fall in the 2 star category. LOCATION It's fairly close to the usual tourist spots and popular markets. But we traveled by Uber so don't know about the ease of getting autorickshaws etc. However, the street where the hotel is located is quite dirty with stinking garbage and open-door public latrines (there is one right opposite the hotel entrance). The street also seems unsafe at night. There is a bar or club adjacent or opposite the rooms that blares loud music until almost midnight — may be a problem for early, light sleepers. There are very few good restaurants nearby but the Neelam Restaurant on the main road is excellent. ROOMS & HOTEL PREMISES The rooms were small (especially family room) and are smaller than they appear in the online photos. No good view from the room (the hotel is in dirty crowded area). Since we were out throughout the day and used the rooms only for sleeping, it didn't bother us much. We had to ask for the toiletries (soap and shampoo) and towels but they supplied us the same immediately. They also provided us with an electric kettle. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The beds were firm and comfortable. The blankets were soft and clean. The towels were thin but clean. The ACs also functioned very well — a must in Kolkota! The lift is very tiny (maximum 2 persons) but the bellboy gets your luggage up so not an issue. The passages have poor ventilation and smell of food. But the hotel premises are very clean. They don't have a generator backup in case of power outages. STAFF The best part of the hotel is the staff. Extremely courteous and helpful, they immediately responded to our every need. A special mention of Ms. Ishrat at the front desk who went out of her way to arrange for a vehicle for our day trip to Shanti Niketan.

OK value for money and centrally located.

Walking distance from Park Street and Nonapukur bus stops. Solid wifi and hot water. OK price for value.

Room was small and not well laid out. Very low ceiling.

Good value, clean hotel not too far from the main attractions

Clean and felt secure. Hot water. WiFi was excellent. Staff were charming and helpful

It didn’t bother me but the noise from traffic outside was very loud in the room. No offer of room cleaning or removing trash but then I didn’t ask. Some people might find the area very unsavoury - filth outside, but then that’s Kolkata.

Un supermercato e la casa di Madre Teresa sono vicini all'hotel

L'ingresso dell'hotel si trova in un sotto passaggio basso e pieno di motorini parcheggiati ed é presente spazzatura all'entrata. Alle 3.30pm la nostra camera non era ancora pronta, ci hanno fatto aspettare all'ingresso con i bagagli. Arrivati in camera la stanza era diversa da quella della prenotazione, era una camera molto piccola con il letto matrimoniale appoggiato alla parete, quindi si poteva entrare solo da un lato. Le lenzuola erano sporche, avevano una macchia di sangue al centro. Dormire in questa camera é stato come dormire per strada, si sentivano tutte le macchine, i clacson e la gente parlare, le finestre sono come inesistenti. Il locale sotto ha messo la musica fino a tarda notte tenendoci svegli. Ogni tanto non c'era pressione in bagno, due sere su tre giorni abbiamo aperto i rubinetti e non é uscita acqua, costringendoci a chiamare la reception già spogliati per fare la doccia. La wifi non arriva bene in camera, ogni tanto perde il segnale e quando va é molto lenta.

Barulhento e mal localizado

Lençóis e toalhas lavados.

Impossível dormir até às 01:30 porque existe um bar no edifico atrás, com música extremamente alta, a qual entra pelas janelas que não isolam nada. Entrada do hotel é por uma garagem de motas.

Brand new hotel and amazing restaurant !!!!!

The staff at Holiday express was amazing !!!! They were super friendly, helped us with ordering rides and making cruise calls.... Always at our service. Absolutely the best staff on our India trip. Another important factor to make our stay memorable was the downstairs restaurant. I had some stomac issues upon arrival, and thanks to the freshly cooked food at the restaurant - managed to get healthy again. Thank you so much for the high quality fresh good tasting food. Could not have been moore happy. This hotel is new, only a few months. So all facilities are brand new. Highly recommended.

Location is near Park Street which is main area for bars and restaurants

Hotel is kind of hidden from the main Street. The room lacks some of basic service like change of towels. The kitchen staff are slow to provide service.

Loved it

The reception desk people were really sweet..clean property..rooms are small but nice..bathroom super clean..property is new and well maintained

Like to visit again and agian.

So clean everywhere, friendly staff, looks newly constructed and looks newly painted.

Loud speakers somewhere outside away from the hotel, but disturbs a lot. This may not be the case all the time i think.

Room was clean, bright lights, bed sheets & pillow all new, AC was working good & silent, bathroom was clean, whole place newly painted, inside hotel all looks newly constructed, but from outside looks old, all staff were sweet & helpful, price is attractive and room service also good.

The noise from the vehicles on the road & the honking can be heard clearly. Till late night music on the loudspeakers nearby somewhere is horrible. That may not be the case all the time I think. But my stay of 6 nights every day the music was little worrisome.
