The apartment is in a perfect location, in the second row from the beach, near restaurants and shops, but still quiet at night because it faces the inner yard. Next to the apartment, in the yard, you can park your car, so you don't have to worry about parking. There are also some toys for children to play with, so our child really liked it. In front of the apartment, there is a balcony with a table and chairs and a tap, so you can clean the sand off your feet before entering the apartment, which we really appreciated. The owners gave us some toys to bring to the beach, which our child played with all the time. The apartment inside is completely new and spacious; we found it perfectly clean, with some fresh fruit in the fridge. Also, the kitchen has all the appliances that you could need for cooking. The owners are very kind and friendly and always answered us when we needed something! If we come again, we would definitely choose the same place to stay!
When it comes to the apartment and the owners, everything was really perfect! We didn't find anything we didn't like about it.
The neighbors in the building next door were pretty noisy in the evening until late at night, but if you close the bathroom door and the windows, the soundproofing is good, so you don't hear anything. The owners apologized for it, even though it's not something they can influence.
It happened a few times that the electricity went out in all of Agia Marina, but even when it happened, the owners offered us a solution to prepare food for our child.

Spazio esterno trasandato e usato come deposito di cianfrusaglie, vetri vecchi, legna da ardere , ecc.ecc.
Wifi sempre a singhiozzo o completamente assente .

Apartament przygotowany perfekcyjnie, spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Do plaży 100m. Wszystko co było w opisie było realnie na miejscu + bardzo pomocny właściciel. Lokalizacja w tej miejscowości jest świetną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania samochodem wspaniałych plaż i lagun Krety. Cała rodzina jest zadowolona.
Jedyny aspekt to dość ruchliwa ulica oddzielająca miejsce od wejścia na plażę. Jednak apartament ma parking i wejście od tyłu budynku dlatego jest bezpiecznie.

La posizione vicinissima al mare (30m), la possibilità di parcheggio nel giardino di fronte all’appartamento, dotazione completa di cucina, bagno e camera. Silenziosità e tranquillità della zona. Appartamento molto carino, ristrutturato molto bene e dotato di tutto il necessario.
Ioanna e Pantelis sono stati carinissimi, ultra gentili e disponibili, dandoci consigli e conversando piacevolmente.
Ottimo posizione per poter visitare la zona di Chania e le spiagge più belle (Falassarna, Elafonissi, Agia Marina stessa).
