We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Pula! The location is quiet yet close to everything. The apartment is brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every comfort you could need. We especially loved the two terraces and the lovely garden — perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was spotless and well cared for.

Appartamento appena ristrutturato, pulitissimo. Il proprietario claudio è stato gentilissimo e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Posizione molto comoda, vicino al mare e rapporto qualità prezzo tra i migliori che abbia mai visto. Consigliatissimo!

Logement bien décoré, avec beaucoup de goût. Intérieur conforme aux photos.
Environnement extérieur et avoisinant composé de plusieurs chantiers en cours, particulièrement bruyants. Il ne restait que les murs de la maison mitoyenne où les ouvriers travaillaient activement, rendant toute jouissance du bien impossible (foreuses, marteaux-piqueurs, marteaux…). Notre logement n’aurait clairement pas dû être loué à cette période. Le propriétaire a tenté de minimiser la chose, en nous disant qu’il n’était pas au courant du chantier, ce qui a bien fait rire les ouvriers. De plus, sa famille habite au rez-de-chaussée du bien. Face à notre mécontentement, il a tenté de modifier les horaires des ouvriers et nous a imposé unilatéralement un dédommagement risible.
