Perfectly positioned on Lonsdale Street in the heart of the restaurant and cafe scene and only 3 minutes to Civic. The apartment is modern, security is good and the kitchen is well stocked. The view of black mountain at sunset from the balcony is beautiful.
The second bedroom doesn’t have a window although my daughter said it felt cosy. There is a mild mildew smell coming from the second bathroom,

Excellent location
Not all rooms had heating or adequate ventilation. The second bedroom was stuffy and did not have heating.Bathroom floor could use a deep clean and most walls in the entire apartment need painting. It wasn’t what I would call a luxury apartment. Bedding was old and wrinkled, like it had dried in a wet pile. Definitely needs an upgrade. I wasn’t sure they had even been laundered between guests. Pillows need replacing. No hand soap provided. Asked for assistance and wasn’t treated very nicely on the phone. I imagine it would be incredibly hot in warmer months as only one split system in the living area. The clothes drier took all day to dry clothes. Amenities provided seemed cheap and stingy. The antithesis of luxury.
