I honestly picked this room without knowing much about the area and was really pleased with the amazing location, beautiful view, and comfy room. It's an easy walk to the night market, beach and other sights. Parking was good (you have to let them know ahead if you need parking because it is a very small garage).
Like many korean hotels, the entry light automatically turns on anytime someone goes to the restroom in the night, which shines a light right on anyone else sleeping. Wish there was an opaque door or curtain to keep the door light out of the bedroom.

Tolle Lage und interessante Aussicht. Es gibt eigentlich alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, einschließlich einer guten Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon

The apartment was clean and amenities like water, coffee capsules, and plenty of towels were appreciated. Nicely furnished space, if a bit worn around the edges. Host was responsive and staff who work on the 6th floor were welcoming. Location can't be beat if you want to be in the heart of Haeundae and close to the beach
It was a bit snug for the four of us to stay for 3 nights so do consider the square footage, especially when you have luggage. I wished there was a closet or a clothing rack or at least some hooks and hangers for hanging clothes. We named the two elevators that service the entire building the "hellevator". You can be on it for an eternity during busy times if your apartment is on an upper floor.
