The location was very good, walking distance from old town as well as the shipyard area. The apartment was well equiped with everything needed for a short stay. The beds were really comfortable. Communication with the owner was smooth and we were able to arrange for an earlier check-in. The instructions how to access the apartment were clear and no problem finding the apartment. A positive surprise was that the building had an elevator (didn’t notice it being mentioned in the apartment description) as some of our group were elderly people.
It wasn’t a big concern for us but the walls are a bit hear-through if the neighbours happen to be talking and laughing loud in the evening.

Die Lage war sehr gut und zentrumsnah, Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsgesellschaft war problemlos.
Das Bad hatte ein etwas abschüssiges WC. Die unteren Fugen in der Dusche sollten gelegentlich gesäubert werden (schwarz) und der Abfluss vom Waschbecken war auch gering.

Moderne ruimte kamer met kookmogelijkheden en zeer goede douche. Goede bereikbaarheid
Geen airco, ontzettend warm in de zomer, insectenbeten gehad s'nachts, heel warm als de zon schijnt.
