It is very central. 10 mins walk away from the Redhill train station and even closer to the likes of Sainsbury. The place is spacious as well. It may be near the road, but I could barely hear the traffic. I think as well that the price is very reasonable.
There is nothing I can complain about. Just make sure to bring your own personal basic stuff like shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Location was good. Convenient for where we were working and for eating out at night.
House was clean and tidy but decoration was looking a bit tired. Paintwork worn on cupboard doors, wallpaper loose, one wall in downstairs toilet had no wallpaper.

Property was within easy reach of train and buses.
The house wasn’t perfectly clean, especially the oven. The garden wasn’t really like the pictures on site.
