This was pre confirmed as an en-suite only room with no breakfast option's!
Everything from the hospitality shown from Khadija and her family, to the cleanliness of the room and comfortable bed!
Absolutely nothing was too much trouble with outstanding response time's!
The family are most definately all on the same page, when it comes to keeping their customer's happy!
From My point of view, there was really only one negative. This being what I think most guest's today almost take for granted, was that there was no t.v. within the room! Personally, even if I'm doing something else. I do prefer having something to listen to in the background!
This said though and for every other positive, I would'nt be deterred from staying at Hana Holiday Home's in the future!

Although quite small, the room and en-suite bathroom were very clean and decorated and furnished to a high standard. There was convenient off-road parking at all times. There was plenty to do within easy walking distance. The property was quiet and peaceful at all times.
The property description, very confusingly, said "each room includes private bathroom, kitchenette, washing machine and TV. Additional amenities include a dining area, work desk and soundproofing." Our room did have private bathroom and work desk. The kitchen facilities (cooker, fridges, food cupboards, washing machines etc) and dining area were communal to be shared with other guests. This is obviously student accommodation - and of a high standard too, but not for us - had we known this we would not have booked this property. On holiday we enjoy cooking and dining in our own private space. Also, there was no TV but that was no problem at all.
