Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and a fan in the living room. Everything you need to cook good restaurant close by.shopping not too far easy trike ride.

It was wonderful to be in the Philippines and meet my Filipinas extended family and be able to host them. I bought a karaoke player so we had something to do. I filled the fridge from the nearby stores and it = laughter and happiness.

House and location are really nice. Very safe neighborhood. They're renovating some things. There is a guard rail on the stairs now and a new washing machine. Good work. Communication with the caretaker was superb. She's very helpful and friendly.
Both the toilets have trouble flushing because the lever doesn't always respond. Sometimes the water keeps running. The air conditioning in the master bedroom needs service, it started dripping water and the bed is under it. The house was generally cleaned properly, but some spots were missed.
