Severe neglect, safety issues, and misleading high rating - Do not stay here.

We booked this property as it was listed as one of the highest-priced and top-rated options in Shah Alam, expecting a premium, well-maintained apartment. Instead, we arrived to find a severely run-down property in absolute disrepair. Structural Defects: There were physical holes in the flooring and unpainted filler patches across multiple walls. There was paint peeling off the walls in multiple locations. Lack of Cleanliness: The sofas were physically shredded, and both the rugs and sofas were heavily stained and in urgent need of deep cleaning. Hygiene & Appearance: There was visible graffiti on the bedroom walls and deep stains on the bathroom floor (not just wet floors as the host claimed). The beds were also deeply stained. Broken Amenities: The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was completely non-functional upon arrival. The host subsequently claimed after we had left the property that the batteries in the remote control were dead. However when we spoke to the host they had no solution to this. Host Response: When confronted with these issues, the host refused to assist, falsely claimed this was "normal" for the price and 12 year age of the property, and stated the booking was strictly non-refundable. The current listing pictures are highly misleading and do not reflect the actual state of decay. We felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable staying there, so we forfeited our money, left immediately, and checked into alternative accommodation. Booking.com response: Spoke to customer services who spoke to the host who stated they may have alternative solutions. However on speaking to the host they stated there was no other option and the booking was not refundable. I have attached pictures of all the defects and would not recommend anyone to stay here due to the issues stated above.

Plesant. Near some cafes and convenient store. Security is also quite good.

Breakfast: N/A. Location was great as it was close to where we were working.

Wifi was a little slow and kept dropping in and out.

Its very clean n nicely decorated with complete kitchen utensils for light cooking. Our 4 nits stay for Hari Raya was very comfortable n feels like home. The owner is polite and responds fast to enquiries. Will repeat in future. Keep it up!
