The place is clean, and all facilities advertised were available and working. The environment is peaceful, and quiet.
You have to collect the keys from a different location (I knew that beforehand but it's just annoying)
The staff wasn't really helpful on the arrival day. I also didn't like that they cancelled and reported to booking.com that I didn't show up, while I was literally there

From the outside it did not luck very nice BUT inside it was excellent. Very good kitchen & roof terrace. Spacious bedroom, good shower. Good location for the Underground & The Oval cricket ground. Nearby pubs serving food and Tesco Extra supermarket.

The balcony is good in summer times
Steep staircase, check in at another hostel, showers not strong enough, funny toilets, cleaner/manager, who stays in the hostel, is rude at times. The stools of the kitchen take up too much space. No drainer, the wiping cloth always falls onto the floor, the pans need new ones.
