They constantly pressure you to enter your credit card and personal details into a link outside of Booking.com.

Está bien ubicado

What can I say about this accommodation? It was a terrible experience, even before I actually stayed there. If you are considering booking this place, you should know that, besides paying in advance, they will constantly send you messages and pressure you to fill out an external form (outside of Booking.com) where they ask you to submit your credit card details. They tell you that if you do not complete this external form, they will not provide you with access to the property. Also, if you notice, the address that appears on Booking.com is only a general address — it is not the exact location. Since it is a self-check-in property, they will only send you the check-in instructions if you complete their external form with your personal information and credit card details. They pressure you repeatedly to do this. Beyond this unacceptable behavior (considering that they already require prepayment), the problems continued after arrival. When I arrived, the toilet was clogged, and it took them over 24 hours to fix it. The smell was disgusting. The apartment was also not perfectly clean upon arrival. On the first day, there was no hot water, and I had to take a cold shower. I reported the issue and asked them to fix it, but no one came. The next day, again, there was no hot water and I had to take another cold shower. Two days in a row with cold showers, a clogged toilet, and poor communication and resolution from the hosts. Please do not make the same mistake I did by booking this place quickly in Auckland — it has been a complete headache.
