We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was also great and made everything very convenient. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is central to exploring nelayan
There was no hot water the first night, which really sucked after arriving after 36 hours of flights.
They fixed it the next day, but hot water runs out after a couple mins.
The Toilet seat was attached off center so you have to balance on it
Little flies kept getting in the bathroom, the mesh had a hole in it.
There was loud music a couple nights
The bed has small pillows, and the bed is kind of springy.
I asked for a late checkout, they asked for payment. They should have offered a couple hours for the hot water issue.
