Rather disappointing

Very good location

Although generally looked recently refurbished, there was mold in the bathroom. One or two nights won't kill you, but disgusting in any case. Check-in process extremely annoying. They started sending emails and messages asking to complete an online check-in like a week before arrival, and kept sending these on and on, more than one a day actually, until I completed it the day before arrival, and even after having done it I continued to receive the same reminders!!!! So terribly annoying ... No hair dryer provided. This is essential as Baeza is very chilly in the morning!!

La limpieza, la comodidad del apartamento, la tranquilidad y la ubicación. Todo estaba muy cuidado y hemos estado muy a gusto.

Al revisar la reserva después de nuestra estancia comprobamos que el Apartamento Estudio que habíamos reservado indicaba una cama doble y un sofá cama (2 camas). Sin embargo, en el apartamento nº 11 que nos asignaron solo había una cama doble y no había sofá cama. Durante la estancia no lo comunicamos porque pensamos que ese era el apartamento que nos correspondía. Nos gustaría que se revisara esta diferencia entre lo reservado y el alojamiento asignado.
