The communication from Julie was fantastic from the start to finish of our holiday, She was prompt at dealing with any queries we had which made our holiday so enjoyable. The whole villa was totally spotless from top to bottom, it had great facilities & equipment you would not normally get in a rental villa. There was a large supermarket in the shopping centre just across the road which made buying essentials easy. It was a 15 walk into the centre of Tavira where there were lots of restaurants to choose from & a ferry to the beach.
There was nothing to dislike about this villa. My only slight wish is there was an option to pay extra to have the pool heated, it was quite chilly because it was October when we travelled. This would not put me off staying at the villa again in the future though!

The photos of this property don’t do it justice. It is clean and modern and perfect for a bigger family.

The villa was a great place to relax for the few days we had in Tavira. Supermarket so close too. We walked to a town, some parts of the road have no pavements, but if you walk on the shopping mall side, there's some cut throughs.
Mosquitos did impact on our stay, but that's out of the accommodation control.
Pool was a great addition and the stocked kitchen was a definite plus.

Clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Great outdoor area. Location is okay, Tavira center is 15 min. by foot. Would’ve been nice with a welcome package (bottle of water etc.) when arriving late.
Some noise during night/early hours may disturb some people but wasn’t a problem for us.
