It was quiet, well set up and very near good supermarket. We needed the aircon as came in August. The apartment was comfortable.
In a historic building which is being renovated so interesting to look at , the apartment you stay in is fully modernised already
Landlord lives next door and responded immediately to any questions, although he did not intrude on our stay.
We had an early flight and as the flat was empty allowed us to check in early.
There were no issues.
There is a lift but you need to walk up two set of stairs. Not an issue for us but maybe if you had mobility issues.

This was in a lovely historic building. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a coffee in the mornings. It was very accessible and in a great location. The stairs up to the property isn’t suitable for anyone immobile but as a family with kids it was easy to use. I liked the privacy of the building and its location.

Vincenzo was welcoming and accommodating with lots of helpful suggestions for places to eat. The flat was lovely and quiet (apart from planes across the city) with a pleasant courtyard aspect and the aircon was very much appreciated. Beds lovely and comfy too.
The stairwell was very hot!

The apartment was very basic. Not enough crockery- only 2 breakfast cups, mismatched and stained, not enough plates and glasses, cheap bedlinen, uncomfortable sofa, dining table very small and hated that next to it was a double bed. The entrance to the apartment is awful, it felt unsafe, very rundown. The owner was late to meet us and we were worried we had been scammed and standing in this run down entrance we felt unsettled and were wondering what we could do. The owner was very nice and helpful but because of the entrance I would not recommend it. Felt like we were in cheap student accommodation.
