La ubicación es muy buena, no es playa pero está cerca, en zona tranquila pero muy bien comunicada y con muchos servicios para poder ir andando. La urbanización es muy coqueta y está muy bien mantenida. La piscina está muy bien. El aparcamiento es fácil por lo menos en la época en la que hemos estado. El precio compensa las faltas que tiene.
Tiene algunas faltas que deberían cuidar un poco: engrasar las cerraduras, una puerta de un armario al lado de la cocina está a punto de caerse, el menaje es algo escaso y la cafetera no tiene asa y corres el riesgo de achicharrarte. Nosotros tuvimos que comprar una. Las almohadas son durísimas.

Everything was great! We arrived about 30 minutes before check-in, and the host contacted us and sent us instructions on how to get inside. The apartment was clean, all the furniture was in good condition, and all the appliances worked properly. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Urbanizacion muy cuidada y tranquila,con dos piscinas.Cerca de las playas,a 10 minutos caminando.Barrio tranquilo,con supermercados muy cerca y facil aparcamiento.Apartamento en lineas generales bien,con aire acondicionado en el salon y ventiladores en las habitaciones,refresca lo suficiente.
Sofa cama incomodo para dormir,necesita un reemplazo ya,algun desperfecto sin mucha importancia,como alguna manilla de alguna puerta suelta.

Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt
Pool ist ebenfalls in Ordnung und gepflegt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt Zufuss erreichbar.
Check in sehr unkompliziert.
Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit
Ein großes Manko, ist die Schlechte Ausstattung der Küche, Pfannen und Töpfe sind nicht mehr nutzbar.
Viele Möbel weißen leider Beschädigungen auf, die Waschmaschine ist verdrekt so das sie nicht nutzbar ist .
Der allgemeine Reinigungszusstand könnte besser sein.
