Excellent apartment in a fantastic location in Cannes. The spacious terraces on both sides of the apartment were a real highlight and provided plenty of space to relax throughout the day. The apartment is bright, comfortable, and very well equipped. Having two bathrooms with showers and toilets made it ideal for 3-4 people traveling together.
The free parking space in the underground garage was another major advantage and made getting around by car very easy. Communication with Cris, the owner, and Alexandra, who manages the apartment, was outstanding. They were responsive, friendly, and helpful from booking through checkout.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Very comfortable and nice apartment not far from the Croisette. About 750 metres from the beaches at the Croisette and within walking distance of the shopping streets and the old town Le Suquet. Boulangerie Pains de Provence (freshly baked goods all day long, plus nice salads, etc.) and an Intermarché supermarket with everything you need just around the corner. The Marché Gambetta is also close by, and so is the train station. You also find neighborhood restaurants, although we didn’t try any of those this time. The neighborhood is quiet.
The apartment was nicely decorated and you have everything you need for a longer stay, including washing machine and a parking space in the garage. Balconies on either side of the apartment, with table and chairs for outdoor meals on the one facing the salon/kitchen. Large trees on the other side of the road make for a nice view and a little extra shade, the squirrels for entertainment. There’s a lift so no need to haul heavy luggage up the stairs. The kitchen is well equipped, and once we figured out the coffee machine, we enjoyed making cappuccinos and café crème. A huge plus was that there are two bathrooms (plus a separate toilet room). Comfortable beds.
The communication with the host was excellent, and the welcome by the host’s representative was lovely. Both speak English very well. We had a lovely stay and would stay there again.
