Lovely complex close to beach - promenade (10min walk) and close to supermarket and nice park

The apartment in the complex was close to the boulevard and sometimes a bit noisy.

Importante: esta reseña corresponde al apartamento situado en Calle Jilguero 7 (mismo edificio), ya que fuimos reubicados allí al no estar disponible el apartamento inicialmente reservado. Experiencia muy negativa. El edificio no tiene ascensor y subir maletas por las escaleras es bastante complicado. El apartamento está muy antiguo y sin mantenimiento. La puerta de entrada hay que cerrarla a golpes. La nevera hace un ruido constante que dificulta el descanso. La limpieza es deficiente: sillas muy sucias, cristales sucios y utensilios de cocina en mal estado (tuvimos que comprar cubiertos y una sartén para poder utilizarlos). Una de las habitaciones es un antiguo salón adaptado, con puertas de cristal cubiertas con estores y una cama abatible poco cómoda para adultos. La zona de comedor es un balcón cerrado, frío en invierno, sin iluminación artificial y con la máquina de aire justo al lado. Además, la gestión de la llegada fue poco profesional, con dificultades para obtener la dirección. No lo recomendaríamos.
