The place is near the Sunlines bus stop at Viale Isola Bianca 1 (less than 10 minutes by foot) and also to the main bus stop (Stazione Terranova) (around 15 minutes by foot). It is also near the main shopping street Corso Umberto I. The staff helped us with our luggage, made us comfortable, and they were always responding to questions on time. The living room is on the first floor, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the bedroom are on the second floor, it has 2 small tarraces with lovely views of 2 romantic streets, as well as a small drying rack for clothes (swimsuit, beach towel, body towel...). There is a stove, a hairdryer, a washing machine for clothes, an iron, an air-condititon, a teapot, so everything you need.
There was no coffee (but there were mokapot, Dolce Gusto coffee/tea machine and teapot). There is no elevator, but we didn't need one. Downstairs is a restaurant that is open until around midnight. It can be a little bit noisy, but we didn't mind. Anyway, we definitely recommend this place if you stay in Olbia!

Lokalizacja: Idealnie położony w samym sercu Starego Miasta. Wszędzie jest blisko, a wokół otaczają nas urokliwe, klimatyczne uliczki.
Cisza i spokój: Pomimo centralnego położenia, wewnątrz panuje błoga cisza i można doskonale wypocząć.
Komfort i wyposażenie: Klimatyzacja działała rewelacyjnie, a cały apartament był bez zarzutu – czysty, wygodny i przygotowany idealnie pod każdym względem.

Super Wohnung im Zentrum von Olbia, gute Ausstattung, großes bequemes Bett, Check-in in der bar nebenan, zwei Klimaanlagen eine pro Raum, Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel und Wäscheständer auf dem kleinen Balkon, gute Ausstattung der Küche für einfache Mahlzeiten, große Dusche, sehr sauber, perfekt für einen Aufenthalt

L’emplacement était parfait avec un point négatif pour la musique de la rue jusqu’à minuit voir 1heure du matin
L’hôte est très sympathique
Le lit trop mou, les oreillers trop épais et dur.
Il manquait le chambranle de porte d’entrée donc nous avions la lumière du couloir en permanence dans l’appartement plus le bruit des autres résidents.
La chasse était cassée
