It's a great location by the water, practically next door to great pizza, amazing coffee, and the metro. The room was comfortable, the strong AC was a lifesaver in the hot summer. Alessia was super welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for where to eat and what to see in the city, and even personally giving an early-morning ride to the airport so I could catch my flight on time.

Room, albeit a little small, had a comfortable bed, acceptable ac and shower.
Continental breakfast was good.
Close to excellent pizza restaurant and metro station.
Staff very helpful and friendly, and arranged breakfast in our room in our early departure day.
Shower cubicle was a bit small and leaked a little

Breakfast was poor, has to have a takeaway breakfast as breakfast did not start until 8am. We had to leave at 7.30am. We were offered a juice carton and a biscuit!
There was no plug sockets to charge up mobile phones, nor could not use my hairdryer or hair straightener.
