Location was great and staff were lovely. We really appreciated the air conditioning.
A couple criticisms, though, the door to our room was very hard to get into and if you don’t like stairs, this may not be the place for you.

It was very clean and confi beds. In the city center but be aware of the bad reviews because the owners are rude as hell
Incredible rude staff, we didn't read all the reviews before going, but it is true what people say, we arrived and waited nearly 20 minutes in the restaurant for the waiter to check us in, while 4 other waiters were standing up, not doing anything. We spoke 3 times to them, even with the manager/owner and the answer was always the same, very rude attitude and that we needed to keep waiting. Wait for what? When you have 3 more guys doing anything, delegate and don't keep your guests waiting. The shower handle was basically a nail put into it, the sun shades are hanging from the ceiling with a rope and they don't fully cover the sun. The back rooms are located next to the AC units and it's very loud. In the bathroom the windows goes all the way down to the toilet height and the neighbours can see you unless you put down the sun shade and you live in darkness. You can't lock your room from the inside and anyone can enter. We had to move the hunger to block the door and somehow feel safe.
