It was affordable, and the location was great. We didn’t have any problems with the neighbors or the neighborhood. Overall, it was really good.
The main issue was communication. They advertise certain facilities as being available to guests, but they don’t clearly mention that some of them come with an additional fee. Then, at the end of your stay or when you arrive, you are told that you have to pay for this or that.
These additional charges are not clearly stated on Booking, so you don’t know in advance what you will actually have to pay for. There was also a swimming pool, but fortunately we didn’t use it because we weren’t sure whether it was free or not.
Overall, there are several things that appear to be available to guests but may actually cost extra, and this should be clearly explained in the listing before people book.
