Situated in Bolivar Peninsula, this lovely house for $1,478 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Salt Water Gospel. The newest 3500 sq ft home with a tremendous view. This owner does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. Linens are mandatory and included in the price of the rental. SWG has (9) Bedrooms, (7) baths, and sleeps 32. (2) large bunkrooms. One downstairs and one upstairs. This beautiful home is the vacation destination for you, your family and your closest friends! It is centrally located in Crystal Beach just 1.1 miles from the Big Store Two sets of washer and dryers, one set on each floor. Pets are welcome for a small pet deposit. A cargo lift is available for a fee. A 16' x 9' pool in the deck on the main deck, overlooking the Gulf. A Media Room with two 70" TV's and two multi-level couches for lounging or gaming. High speed internet. 55” to 32” Smart TV's in every room. A small putt-putt setup underneath the house. This beautiful home has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico, overlooking a 16’ by 9’ in deck pool. You can see up and down the beach with the large extended deck. Granite countertops and beautiful décor are spread through the house. The Main Living Room located on the 1st floor has a 70" TV and a super large, comfortable U-Shaped couch. The spacious kitchen is just off the Living Room and is well well-furnished with a large 9.5’' X 40" Oak Custom Built dining table that easily seats 10 guests. Large Double refrigerators and a state of the art stove and microwave compliment the large Granite island with an additional (6) bar stool seating. There is another table behind the sectional that seats five more. There are two master bedrooms upstairs overlooking the upper deck and an additional (2) large bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. Downstairs we have four bedrooms on the main level, and an additional bunkroom for the kids. Three of the bedrooms downstairs have king-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has one queen and one full sized bed. A full "Jack and Jill" bath separates two of the bedrooms and there is a separate full-bath downstairs. Each of the master bedrooms upstairs have spectacular views of the coast line and each have king-sized bed and large full baths. The custom bunk room with four custom sets of bunks is a great place for kids and it has a large full bath. You will enjoy being outside with plenty of deck chairs and a picnic table. An outside sand shower and a charcoal BBQ grill. Linens for all beds, plus all towels are provided for a fee of $250. We'd love to have you visit us at Salt Water Gospel. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spacious and perfect for our family reunion. We had 26 people, and the home was able to accommodate all of us with some space. The quantity of bathrooms was a big plus

Plenty of room to spread out and enough room for everyone. Close to beach and activities in the area. Bedspreads and mattress pads need to be washed. Under furniture and cushions need to be vacuumed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice , new rental that accommodates a crowd.There were 20 in our group, 7 of them children. Although it says it sleeps 33, that could be crowded. It could have used a half bath on the first floor, as guests have to use a bathroom that belongs to one of the bedrooms.The only negative was that the linens are bagged ( they said due to Covid in Oct 2023) and you have to make all your own beds. For the rental fee, I would have expected my beds to be made. However, I would rent this house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented the house for a gathering for our 10 kids, 5 spouses & 10 grandkids & we had a great time! Kids enjoyed the pool & the huge deck. Everybody took strolls on the beach which is right n front of house. Everything you may need was in the kitchen. The lift was great to load & unload & for my 84 yr old mom. House was very clean but microwave was filthy. I hope to rent this same house next year. I’m sure everyone will love this house!!!
